Army — Army Fitness Test (AFT)
Replaced the ACFT on June 1, 2025. Five events: 3-rep max deadlift (MDL), hand-release push-up (HRP), sprint-drag-carry (SDC), plank (PLK), 2-mile run (2MR). Alternate cardio (walk/bike/swim/row) for permanent profiles — pass/fail only. General: 300 pts total, min 60/event. Combat MOS: 350 pts, sex-neutral scoring.

Navy — Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
Push-ups (2 min), forearm plank (timed), 1.5-mile run/walk. Alternate cardio (CO authorized): 2,000m row, 14-min stationary bike, 500-yd swim, treadmill. Two PFA cycles per year from 2026.

Air Force — Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) 2026
Effective July 1, 2026. Cardio: 2-mile run OR 20m HAMR. Strength: 1-min push-ups OR 2-min HRPU. Core: sit-ups, reverse crunches, or plank. Body comp (WHtR) scored separately. Min 75 total points.

Marines — PFT & CFT
PFT: pull-ups or push-ups, crunches, 3-mile run. CFT: ammo can lifts, 880m run, maneuver under fire.
Coast Guard — CGPFT
Push-ups (1 min), sit-ups (1 min), 1.5-mile run.
Space Force — Human Performance Assessment (HPA) 2026
Same events as Air Force PFA. Must do 2-mile at least once/year (vs AF full choice). Body comp tracked, not scored.
